Radio Edit is a hazy West Coast pale ale. The haze comes from protein and a high rate of dry hopping that leaves the beer opaque. The West Coast part means it's aggressive with crisp hop flavor, an assertive bitterness and a lingering grassy finish. Well hopped with Galaxy, Citra and Motueka the beer has aromas and flavors of lemon and orange peel, jasmine, melon and pine. 5.7% ABV
Mo' Simcoe - WC IPA 4pk
Another pairing with our cherished Mosaic hop. The Simcoe we selected has cool melon and lemon character with hints of Gatorade Riptide Rush. Combine that with Mosaic's melon and guava character and you get a deep and complex hop character. Mo' Simcoe is tropical, dry and resinous but also has a hop sweetness that rounds it all out. West Coast for life. 6.9% ABV
The Dripping Tap - WC IPA 4pk
This West Coast IPA seriously rips from terpene-rich hops. Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo, experimental HBC 586, and Centennial hops bring waves on waves of Meyer lemon, mango flesh, and pine wood forest aromas followed by the sturdy West Coast bitterness we all know and love - all in a reasonable 6.3% ABV package meant for heavy dosing. Wild Gooseberry Chase - Hazy IPA 4pk
We love New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. It is by far our favorite hop. No other hop has such a wide range of aromas and flavors so it's perfect for a single hop beer like this. We used three different lots of Nelson (different acres and blends) in this beer that we hand selected while in NZ from a singular farm to show off Nelson's best qualities of white grape, melon and pineapple. 7.1% ABV

Hopped intensely with Mosaic and Simcoe in the boil for rich hop oil stickiness and double dry hopped with Nelson, Motueka, Mosaic and Centennial. Big bright fruity aromas from the Southern Hemisphere hops with a pine and stone fruit focused flavor. Praise these hops, I saw the dank! 8.2% ABV

Machine Convene - Built on the same rich foundation as Le Risqué, this English-style Barleywine was aged for 14 months in W.L. Weller Bourbon Barrels, then conditioned on Horus Aged Ales' custom vanilla blend for an extra layer of decadence. Bursting with massive vanilla aroma, it delivers deep flavors of marshmallow, crème brûlée, and toffee, wrapped in bourbon warmth. Silky, bold, and irresistibly indulgent. 14.1% ABV
"XI" - 11 Year Barleywine 375ml Bottle
We're having a little fun for our 11th birthday with our first ever adjunct barleywine release. After blending together 24 month bourbon and rye barrel aged munichwine with 18 month bourbon aged barleywine, we roasted up 400 lbs of pecans and infused them into the blend. That's 2 lbs of pecans per gallon! Our talented brewers then added a pound per barrel of Madagascar vanilla bean and a touch of cinnamon to create a boozy liquid pecan roll! You will be entranced by the patisserie aromas of pain au chocolat, pecan pie filling and Little Debbie's pantry followed by decadent flavors of pecan morning buns, caramel drizzled french toast and bourbon barrel aged maple syrup. 14.8% ABV (contains pecans roasted in peanut oil)
Simmer Dim - BA Barleywine 375ml Bottle
This Barleywine was skillfully crafted with almost 90% Scottish malted barley from Simpson's Malt, which is also one of the malts that Highland Park incorporates in their whisky. During aging in the oak the base beer develops intensely rich attributes resembling toffee, molasses, wild flower honey soaked almonds, Turkish delight and rustic rye loaf. The peat smoke of the whisky, restrained as it is, still imbues Simmer Dim with the most intriguing campfire background that plays nicely with some boozy heat. 14.5% ABV

The 2024 vintage is a masterful blend of five components, marrying 60% single oak-aged Barleywine with 20% Double Oak Aged Barleywine and 20% Double Oak Aged Munichwine. Enticing aromas of Tawny Port, cherry cordial, Tahitian vanilla, bourbon-soaked dates, and chinotto draw you in. Each sip delivers rich, layered flavors of maple sugar, crème brûlée, fig, cinnamon-raisin pumpernickel French toast, and a warm bourbon finish. 16.4% ABV

2021 Chardonnay - Cellarmaker Bottle
Our 2021 Chardonnay is comprised of fruit from the English Hill and Taylor Ridge Vineyards, both located between Sebastopol and the Pacific Ocean. Extreme weather swings from warm days to cool foggy nights and mornings create an expressive Chardonnay with a high impact tropical fruit aroma. Oak character is subtle as the barrels we used were just shy of neutral. Flavors and aromas of guava, pineapple, lemon, lilac and subtle toast. Highly refreshing.
2020 Pinot Noir - Cellarmaker Bottle
Our 2020 Pinot Noir has fruit sourced from the West Sonoma Coast AVA, aged 22 months in neutral French Oak Barrels with 50% whole cluster fermentation. This wine is packed with aromas of cranberry, strawberry preserves and rose petal. On the palate we get bing cherry, cedar, blackberry and white pepper. A silky mouthfeel and bright acidity contribute to a refreshing and balanced finish.
